Heavy Duty Product Information: Body w/ Floor: – Reproduction 31 Austin is designed to bolt directly to a conventional hump back Model T (T-Bucket) chassis; makes for an all weather car. – Body shell is manufactured from extremely complex molds; produces a rigid one piece unit. – Measurements: 41 1/16″ from rocker panel to rocker panel; 59 1/2″ from rear wheel well opening to rear wheel well opening; 47 11/16″ from the bottom of rocker panel to the inside top of roof panel; – Fiberglass heavy duty body is approximately 195 lbs. – The three groove body side molding is crisp and clean; all windows are flat and can easily be installed with standard 1930’s style window glass rubber. – White gelcoat exterior finish; easy to sand and prepare for paint. – Fiberglass texture inner; coated with black lacquer finish. Door: – White gelcoat exterior finish; easy to sand and prepare for paint. – Accepts original hinge (without spring), latch, and regulator hardware. – Double wall posts support upper window track. – Windows come blanked in and must be opened during installation. – Coremat® reinforced skin. – Power window kits can be used to install one piece glass. – Original felts can be epoxied in the door post and side track. – Door is supplied bare with no glass, mechanism, tracks or hardware. – Does not come with a door hinge kit – If plastic windows are desired for light weight
