41 Willys Fiberglass Body Shell: Race Weight

Race Weight Product Information: – Reproduction ’41 Willys Coupe comes with non-removable front end and rear fenders (does not come with hood, doors, or trunk lid) – Designed to be mounted with custom metal floor; body attaches at rocker panels, tail pan, door jams, and firewall area.
– Body shell is manufactured from extremely complex molds; produces a rigid one piece unit. – Body side molding is crisp and clean; all windows are flat and can easily be installed with standard 1940’s style window glass rubber. – White gelcoat exterior finish; easy to sand and prepare for paint. – Fiberglass texture inner; coated with black lacquer finish. – Average body weight is approximately 130 lbs. – Smooth 90° roll into wheel well openings, generally extends in a full 3/4″. – Wheel wells may be attached to the front end provided that they do not interfere with engine and firewall components. – Headlight and grill blanks require opening to install light bowl and trim. – Does not come with a door hinge kit – If plastic windows are desired for light weight – If hood pins or Dzus fasteners are needed
