Race Weight Product Information: – Body shell is manufactured from extremely complex molds; produces a rigid one piece unit. – Measurements: 44 5/16″ from rocker panel to rocker panel; 46 1/2″ from rear wheel well opening to rear wheel well opening; 97″ wheel base; 44″ from the bottom of rocker panel to the inside top of roof panel; 117 1/4″ from firewall to tailpan. – White gelcoat exterior finish; easy to sand and prepare for paint. – Fiberglass texture inner; coated with black lacquer finish.
– Average body weight is only about 100 lbs. – Installation just like original metal body: Body attaches at rocker panels, tail pan, trunk jam, door jams, and front and rear window jams. – Does not come with a door hinge kit, Dzus fasteners or hood pins – If Plastic windows are required, metal framework is needed – If larger tire size for the rear of vehicle is required, 39″ wheel well extensions needed ; trimming is needed for proper fitment.
